Dave has been a Dealer for manufactured homes providing new homes to satisfied clients for the past 35 years. He then became a California licensed Real Estate Broker in order to provide his customers with an added service. He has a BA from San Diego State majoring in business.

 

He is married to Ida"eeda" and together have formed a business partnership as well. She complements this union having the experience of real estate sales for the last 25 years of which 15 have been in San Diego County. She has a BA majoring in Psychology from the College of the Sacred Heart in Puerto Rico and is fluent in Spanish.

 

Together we have four adult children and 5 grandchildren. We reside in North County and provide our services throughout all of Southern California.
